Deadman + Sand Creek Pass

A double pass adventure. This is Thai medium, very spicy despite the length. Be prepared. There are also no services on this route. Sand Creek has relatively high water crossings in the late spring and lives up its name in the summer. Tops out at over 10,000 feet.

Notes: And as always, when in the mountains, come prepared for bad weather that rolls in in a moment’s notice.

Refills: No services except in Red Feather Lakes at the start/finish. You’d need to pack a filter. There are a couple creeks.
