Everyone deserves

a good bike fit.

Why get a bike fit?

Bike fits are an integral part of your cycling experience and longevity. From the moment you sit on a bicycle, you’re thinking about how you feel on it. Saddle pressure, bar drop, hand pressure. There’s so many variables that its almost impossible to get it all right without a second set of eyes. Beyond the Kinesiology involved in a physiology degree, Zack Allison is Slowtwitch certified and has thousands of hours of fitting experience. Everyone human on a bike has subtle differences and at the same time we are all very similar in size and shape as a species. Mixing muscle force length curves, partnerships with physical therapists, rider feedback, and current research, we put together a full service bike fit. That finished fit product when you leave the studio is not the end. We expect to work together to keep you comfortable on the bike. Your body will change with time and what was comfortable two years ago may not be comfortable now. Before you really get into cycling, get a bike fit with us.

“Being comfortable on your bike is step one, whether you are trying to enjoy cycling or go as fast as possible".
